Peanut Butter & Jelly Quesadillas

Combining the classic flavors of creamy peanut butter and sweet fruit jam or jelly, sandwiched between warm and crispy Eureka Tortilla Plain Delicious tortillas, they're perfect for satisfying your cravings in no time.


  • 4 Eureka Tortilla Plain Delicious tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup your favorite fruit jam or jelly (strawberry, grape, raspberry, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter


    Lay out your Eureka Tortilla Plain Delicious tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of creamy peanut butter evenly over two of the tortillas. Spread an equal amount of fruit jam or jelly over the other two tortillas. Place the peanut butter-covered tortillas and jam-covered tortillas together to form two "sandwiches."

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Once the butter is melted and the skillet is hot, carefully place one of the tortilla sandwiches in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortillas become golden brown and crispy, and the peanut butter and jelly inside are warm and slightly melted.

    Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Use a sharp knife to cut each quesadilla into wedges or triangles. Repeat the process with the second quesadilla.
