INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Eureka Tortilla Plain Delicious tortillas
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by cooking the bacon until it's crispy. You can cook it in a skillet over medium heat or bake it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, place the bacon on paper towels to remove excess grease.
While the bacon is cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. If you're using tomatoes, slice them thinly. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard (if using). Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. This will be your flavorful spread.
Lay out the Eureka Tortilla Plain Delicious tortillas on a clean surface. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Lay two slices of crispy bacon on each tortilla, positioning them in the center. Place a handful of fresh lettuce leaves over the bacon. If you're using sliced tomatoes, add them on top of the lettuce.
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom, tucking the ingredients in as you go to create a tight wrap. Slice each wrap in half diagonally, creating two halves for each wrap. Serve your Crispy Bacon Bliss Wraps immediately. They're perfect for a quick lunch, a picnic, or a satisfying snack.
