Hummus Veggie Roll-ups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Plain Delicious tortillas
  • 1 (8 ounce) container of hummus
  • 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced into spears
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread each tortilla with a large dollop of hummus. Top with the sliced veggies, squeeze with lemon, and sprinkle the sprouts over the top. Roll up the tortillas and serve.
