- 1 package Cinnamon Horchata tortillas, cut into wedges
- Canola oil spray
- 2 cups diced apples
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil. Spread the tortilla wedges in a single layer on the prepared pan and spray or brush with canola oil on both sides. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the apples, lime juice, red onion, and cilantro and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and serve with the Cinnamon Horchata chips for dipping.
