INGREDIENTS

  • Plain Delicious tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (vegan option: non-dairy sour cream)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Drizzle the tortilla wedges with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  4. Toss the tortilla wedges until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

  5. Spread the tortilla wedges out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake the tortilla wedges for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
