- 4 Everything & More tortillas
- Canola oil spray
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- ¼ cup fresh dill fronds
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil. Arrange the tortillas on the prepared pan and lightly spray or brush with canola oil on each side. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until the tortillas are crispy, about 15 minutes.
When the tostadas are ready, spread each one with a dollop of cream cheese (about 2 tablespoons). Arrange flakes of the smoked salmon on each tostada and top with the sliced red onion. Sprinkle with the capers and dill fronds and serve.
